I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Linda Santos, for the excellent service she provided to me and my wife regarding our Maui wedding. Linda did a great job of helping us plan the wedding and keeping contact with us via email and by phone from the first day to the final day, which eliminated the prewedding planning stress. She has supported and assisted us in every way possible to work within our budget, needs, and last minute changes for the Big Day.
Before the wedding, sometimes my wife and I would wonder if we made a mistake in having to go to a wedding planner that we found online and its office being located in a different state. Dear Barbara and Carolee,
It was a blessing to have WOW be our coordinators. Not only did we have Barbara helping with us on every detail from afar, when we arrived in Maui, Linda and Carolee saw that it all fell into place. All three had such enthusiasm for their work and always made us smile! Everything was done with care and thoughtfulness, and everything beyond what was expected: A surprise welcome package (filled with goodies!) at our condo, parasols for our guests, saving food for us post-ceremony, multiple boombox options, creating a backdrop for our sweetheart table, ushering people to their seats, even directing traffic and moving cars! (Our guest still laugh about this!) They also found us the touching services of Pia Aluli (minister) and Celia Canty (harpist). The White Orchid Ohana gave us a worry-free, picture perfect wedding and we couldn't have asked for more.

Stacey and Linda were very helpful and easy to work with, thanks for all the proper coordination. Also, the cake was the best I have ever had. Scott, was amazing, so easy to work with he made us feel at ease.
I will recommend WOW and you to friends in the future, I know one fellow officer who plans to wed on Maui or Kauai in the next year.

White Orchid Wedding was definitely exceptional, more like a dream come true wedding experience.
They gave us an absolutely beautiful stunning wedding and the best part is that you really just need to sit back, relax and everything is taken care of perfectly for you! There is nothing you need that they can't provide all the way down to calming the nervous bride, even during a Tsunami evacuation! Hats off to you Linda Santos!
Our family and friends left the ceremony with the memory of an amazing experience that will be in their hearts for a lifetime.
My husband and I still get tears in our eyes thinking of just how truly special and incredible our wedding day was. We truly know in our hearts what the "aloha spirit" truly means. Linda Santos our wedding planner, the staff, Pastor Laki, everything was too amazing for words not to speak of the truly exquisite beach setting with the breathtaking sunset.
The venue was a stunning beach setting and the ceremony was sacred and like a dream. Their service was second to none. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us and our guests. They were prompt in returning all of my calls and emails all through the planning process and offered excellent choices. They were very patient and very sincere. The Photographer & Videographer spent so much extra time making sure that the perfect photos & moments were captured that we will forever cherish.
They are true caring people and I think the best wedding planners you could ever imagine.
I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get married in Maui. We had the moment of our lifetime, forever in our minds. I give them an outstanding 10!

Thanks so much for a beautiful wedding ceremony. The setting was perfect and everyone was amazed with the location/food/luau. We didn't even hear any complaints about the veggie-only options! Pastor Vance was perfect, Vance Koenig was great as well. We only wish it would have lasted longer. Working with Richard Marks was great too, we can't wait to see ALL the photos he took.

First of all I would like to let you know what a relief it was to find you after the problems I was experiencing with the first planner that I chose. The day that I spoke with you and you told me everything that I wanted was possible it put me at ease and the whole planning process went smooth from there. Judge Rhonda Loo was very friendly and excited for us which was great. She presented our vows beautifully. Ernest, the singer, is extremely talented. Mariah is an angel and also very talented.
Our guests raved about the food and the bar man (Giovanni?) charmed all the girls and served delicious cocktails. Jackie answered all our silly questions when we met her the day before the wedding and she was extremely helpful on the day. She made us feel right at home and we both felt so confident in her skills that we were able to just enjoy the day without a worry in the world. It was so lovely to have her at our wedding.
